Major Responsibilities

• Protect construction crews, motorists, and pedestrians by directing traffic and maintaining safe work zones
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, and stop/slow paddles
• Monitor traffic flow and communicate with coworkers to ensure safe operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Perform duties professionally and courteously when interacting with the public
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to obtain employer-paid Flagger Certification
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently use hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
