Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.
The Operations Administration Supervisor will lead a team of associates responsible for executing payroll and billing functions across multiple business lines. This includes processing payroll for 1,000 employees, customer invoicing, financial reconciliations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a solid background in accounting, billing, or administrative operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency while supporting cross-functional departments throughout the organization. A team-oriented mindset and commitment to deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Operations Administration Associates
- Oversee payroll processing for 1,000 employees
- Manage customer invoicing and maintain client relationships
- Conduct financial reconciliations and reporting
- Train new administrative staff and ensure adherence to processes
- Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support
- Meet and manage strict financial deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or billing role
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and process organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
