ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. After graduating college, I immediately began my career with State Farm and eventually had the opportunity to take over the office. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for team development, customer relationships, and building a long-term career in the industry.

Im a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. I have three children and enjoy spending time with family, attending Clemson football games, and being involved in youth sports activities with my kids. I stay active in the community through the Spartanburg County Chamber of Commerce, involvement with my local church, and supporting local businesses whenever possible.

Our agency offers involvement in the Aspirant program, a 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities. Were committed to helping team members continue growing and building successful long-term careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Davis Griffin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
