Position Overview
The Project / Billing Coordinator supports multiple commercial electrical projects by assisting with billing, documentation, and project organization. This role works closely with project managers and field crews to help ensure jobs stay on track and paperwork reflects what’s happening in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial electrical projects from the office
- Assist with customer billing and job cost documentation
- Maintain organized project files, contracts, and change orders
- Communicate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and customers
- Help ensure billing and documentation are accurate and completed on time
