We’re hiring a Commercial Dispatcher who can take control of the board, keep technicians moving, and ensure customers are taken care of—without things slipping through the cracks.

If you’re organized, quick on your feet, and know how to juggle multiple priorities without missing details, this is your seat.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Own incoming service requests and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Dispatch technicians efficiently—right tech, right job, right time
• Keep constant communication flowing between customers, techs, and management
• Track every job from start to finish and keep things on schedule
• Jump in and solve problems when things don’t go as planned (because they won’t always)
• Maintain clean, accurate records—no guesswork, no confusion
• Help improve processes and keep operations running tighter every day

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordinating field service teams
• Strong organizational skills—you can handle chaos without becoming part of it
• Clear, confident communication (you’ll be talking to everyone)
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly
• Comfortable with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Electrical or trade industry experience is a big plus
