Join Davis Farmland & Davis Mega Maze, an exciting seventh-generation family farm, where tradition, innovation, and unforgettable guest experiences come together. We’re hiring a Guest Experience Manager to help lead the charge across our high-energy farm park.
This is a full-time, year-round position for a hands-on leader who is passionate about people, service, and creating magical moments for families.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily guest-facing operations across the farm, Mega Maze, and orchard
- Oversee admissions, memberships, parking, retail, and reception
- Manage, train, and motivate both seasonal and year-round teams
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, confidently, and with care
- Drive efficiency, sales, and consistent service standards
- Ensure all guest areas are polished, welcoming, and guest-ready
Who You Are
- A hands-on leader who thrives in motion - this is not a desk job.
- Confident, decisive, and people-focused
- Experienced in attractions, guest services, hospitality, or high-volume retail
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Energized by improving systems and elevating the guest experience
