Financial Services Associate

At Davis Family Financial, our focus is helping individuals and families better understand their financial options through an educational approach. We work with a range of established financial institutions to provide clients with guidance and access to financial solutions that support their long-term goals.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking individuals to join as Financial Services Associates. This is an entry-level role with training provided, designed for candidates who are interested in developing a career in financial services while working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to discuss their financial goals and needs
• Provide general education on financial concepts and available solutions
• Assist clients in implementing appropriate financial strategies
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with clients
• Participate in training sessions and professional development
• Collaborate with team members to support client service efforts
  
  

Training & Development

No prior experience is required. We provide a structured training program to help you develop the skills needed to work with clients and understand financial service offerings.

This is a performance-based role. Compensation varies depending on activity and production.

This position is structured as a full-time role. Flexible scheduling may be available based on performance and licensing progress.

This position requires obtaining a state financial services license. The company provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Ability to pass a standard background check, as required for licensing
• Willingness to complete required licensing within a reasonable timeframe
