What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Davis Elen Advertising?

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming invoices (via email, EDI submission)
  • Ensure invoices are coded with client, product, estimate
  • Coordinate with media planner/buyer for any invoice discrepancy
  • File invoices in vendor e-folders
  • Assist on ad hoc projects


Qualifications

  • At least 1 years of experience in AP role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MediaOcean and Oracle/NetSuite is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Flexible availability for ad hoc projects

Salary : $50,000
