Responsibilities
- Assist with reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to support installation and repair tasks
- Use ladder work, hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform electrical wiring, appliance installation, and repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, appliances, refrigeration units, HVAC components, and mechanical equipment to identify issues accurately
- Support appliance repair and installation projects by following safety protocols and technical procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems and appliances to ensure optimal performance
- Operate company vehicles such as box trucks for delivery of parts or equipment to customer sites
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and maintenance needs
Experience
- Previous experience with electrical work, appliance repair, or field service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with reading schematics, using ladder logic or ladder diagrams in troubleshooting is a plus
- Hands-on experience with mechanical knowledge, plumbing basics, refrigeration systems, HVAC components, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) is advantageous
- Experience operating power tools, hand tools, box trucks or company vehicles enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Customer service experience and delivery driver background are valuable assets for effective client interactions and on-site support
