Primary Responsibilities - Operations:

• Monitor visitor access, maintain security awareness and visitor log
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding (i.e. coordinating asset collection/drop-off, etc.)
• Greet and escort visitors, customers and vendors entering the organization
• Support employees and customers with any questions they may have
• Anticipate operations and facility issues or needs
• Assist employees with paperwork as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, printing)
• Submit maintenance requests, as needed
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Coordinate meetings, schedule conference rooms
• Maintain office supplies and place orders, as needed
• Keep tidy and maintain presentable office areas
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1-3 years cumulative experience in Business Operations and Project Coordination
• Must be willing and able to support a 100% on site environment
• Must be comfortable working independently with a self-starter mentality
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application – Office 365 & Adobe
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and keyboard skills
• Experience with office machines (copier, projectors, TV Equipment, etc.)

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is preferred but not required
