Davis County Assessor's Office is currently hiring for a full-time Office Specialist in Farmington, Utah. This position will be responsible for clerical work requiring advanced knowledge of departmental paperwork and procedures.

Day to Day Duties
- Types letters, statements, narrative and statistical reports, minutes, agendas
- Arranges meetings and coordinates various activities with businesses, governmental entities, or citizens
- Receives telephone calls, handling any questions and directing calls, assists visitors in filling out forms as required
- Operates computer and all applicable software applications
- Provides information to the public, answers inquiries, and complaints from the public
- Processes reports, forms, payments, certificates, applications, or other materials
