- Compute dimensions and tolerances
- Measure and lay out workpieces
- Plan the best sequence of operations
- Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools
- Verify the dimensions of products
- Cutting torch, arc welding equipment
- Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions and weld parts, components, or structures
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day with all legal breaks
Required Qualifications
- Need to know how to read a tape measure
- Need to know how to read fractions, decimals, and metric systems
- Need to understand basic hand tools
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
