What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale a Medicare sales team
- Hold daily KPIs and enforce standards
- Improve close rates and reduce chargebacks
- Build repeatable training systems
- Recruit and develop top agents

Compensation
Base salary performance-based incentivesExpected total compensation: $150,000–$220,000 Compensation is heavily performance-based. This role is best suited for leaders who prefer upside over guaranteesIf you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t it.
