Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee/Store Manager to lead and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Manage daily sales activities using POS systems, sales reporting, and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Coordinate purchasing decisions, inventory control, and stock organization to optimize product availability and presentation.
Requirements
- Automotive/ mechanical knowledge
- Retail sales and customers service skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, computer systems/ cataloging.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 52.0 per week
