Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

• Nevada State Insurance Producer License required.
• We prefer at least a Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales, but if you are driven, with an appetite to learn, to be challenged, and earn much more money... We want to speak with you also !
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial trucking insurance policies and regulations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• We give you the Warm leads, you develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial trucking clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their unique risks and insurance requirements.
• Present and sell commercial trucking insurance policies, explaining coverage details, options, and pricing.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure the best possible coverage for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
