Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami area. The role involves providing full legal representation in family law matters, including divorces and custody cases. Day-to-day tasks include initial filings, preparing and filing motions, client communication, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. The position offers the flexibility of some work from home while maintaining a presence in the office.
Qualifications
- Experience in Family Law
- Proficiency in preparing and filing pleadings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida is required
- Experience in client consultation and case management is preferable
