Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about recovery, skilled in managing a multidisciplinary team, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians in the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective treatment services.
- Treatment Oversight: Assist in developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and responsive to client needs.
- Staff Development: Conduct regular supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing training to support clinical growth and development.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical documentation and client outcomes, implement improvements as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with medical providers, case managers, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Crisis Support: Lead the clinical response to client crises, providing direction and support to ensure safety and appropriate interventions.
- Documentation Review: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation across all stages of treatment (admissions, progress, discharge).
Qualifications:
- Bathelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Pennsylvania licensure preferred but not necessary
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment
- Supervisory or leadership experience in substance abuse facility
- In-depth knowledge of addiction treatment modalities including CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
- High ethical standards, professional boundaries, and confidentiality
