The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical services, supporting staff development, and ensuring that our care meets the highest standards of ethics, effectiveness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support for clinical staff, ensuring quality, compassionate care is delivered to all clients
- Review and assist in developing individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices and client needs
- Conduct regular supervision sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing training for clinical team members
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and state regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care
- Lead the clinical response during client crises, ensuring safety protocols and appropriate interventions are followed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and clinical best practices, and guide team in meeting those expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current licensure in Pennsylvania (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in substance use treatment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting
- Strong understanding of addiction treatment models including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Proficient in clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
