adjusting the CNC software to bend tubes within a specified tolerance.
- Cutting, assembly of tubing bill of materials in accordance with print requirements and specifications. * Examine completed work pieces for defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws. * Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
- Swaging, pressure test and clean/wipe tubing
- Assist/conduct inspection of finished tubes.
- Labeling and packaging of tubes.
- Accomplish responsibilities, operate band saw and debur machine in a safe manner
- Mechanical, computer and math aptitude a plus
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [green card holder], or have refugee or asylee status.
