Davis Ad Agency is looking for a strategic, client-facing Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns and shape performance marketing strategy across 50 active client accounts.
This is a hybrid role for someone who loves analytics, paid media, and client interaction in equal measure. You’ll manage people, lead digital advertising efforts across Google, YouTube, and Meta, and prepare for and participate in client meetings, presentations, and new business opportunities.
- Lead day-to-day management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta)
- Oversee agency’s digital marketing team and initiatives
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad assets and landing pages
- Build and present monthly performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Serve as a key presenter in client meetings and support new business pitches
- Research and recommend new media channels, tools, and strategies for growth
- Track platform changes and performance trends to keep campaigns optimized
- Help refine internal processes and guide the future of our digital media offerings
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
- Strong analytical skills and capability with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Experience in client-facing roles—confident in presenting data, strategy, and ideas
- Prior leadership experience or a desire to mentor and grow talent
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with creative, development, and account teams
- Agency experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs, dashboards, or automated reporting tools
- Contributions to new business wins or RFPs
