Account Manager - Advertising Agency
Davis Ad Agency is seeking an Account Manager to guide campaigns from strategy through execution. You’ll help shape the work, manage the details, and build meaningful client relationships while collaborating with our creative, media, social, and digital teams.
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Lead campaign planning and day-to-day account management
- Build and manage budgets, timelines, and scopes of work
- Serve as a trusted client partner and primary point of contact
- Develop clear, strategic creative briefs that inspire great work
- Manage projects from concept through production and launch
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep work moving smoothly
- Campaign analysis & reporting
- Support new business pitches and client presentations
Your Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of account management experience in an advertising agency
- Proven ability to own day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted strategic partner
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
- Strong presentation skills and public speaking
- Experience managing integrated campaigns that include digital media, social, traditional media, creative and production
- Previous experience with reporting metrics from Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Comfortable translating client business goals into clear briefs, scopes, timelines, and deliverables for internal teams
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities across 5 different clients
