Responsibilities
- Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation to keep work areas organized and safe
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support project workflows
- Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, signage, and necessary equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, or assisting with assembly tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs
