Transit Security Officer

Location: Seattle, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time ( 40 hours / week)

Pay: $21-$28 per hour 

Shift : 

• Overnight
• Day

• Patrol and monitor assigned sites / routes to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to emergencies (medical incidents, …) following site protocols.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Enforce sites rules and regulations in a professional manner.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Be 21
• Have a VALID Washington State Driving License.
• Have a CLEAN driving record.
• Have a Valid Washington State Security License (Unarmed/Armed) 
• Have two years of experience as a security officer.
• Have Strong observational and communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for long hours
• Can pass a background check and drug screening ( NO USAGE OF WEED!).
• Have a valid CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Can work OVERNIGHT, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

• FEMA Certification
• NARCAN Certification
• Experience working with people suffering Homelessness
