RN Clinical Assistant - Wound Care
- Department: Wound Care
- Schedule: Full Time - 32 hours
- Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Description
- Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
- Meets the communication needs of patient and family.
- Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
- Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures and standards.
- Communicates with provider and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Qualifications
- Current Indiana RN required
- 2 years of acute care or long-term care preferred
- Wound or WOCN certifications preferred; but not required
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with EHR preferred.
