- Schedule Full-Time - 40 Hours/Week
- Shift 5:00am - 1:30pm and 10:30am - 7:00pm
- Facility Daviess Community Hospital
Duties include, but aren't limited to:
- Performs menu editing as directed by the Registered Dietitian.
- Prepares patient trays accurately.
- Assists in orienting and in-servicing new employees to department.
- Obtains necessary information from the medical record to determine patient’s nutritional status.
- Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
- Assist in cost containment through appropriate ordering and conserving of supplies and ensuring accurate charges are documented.
- Previous experience in hospital food preparation preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Candidate must be a team player and have excellent customer service skills
