Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Print Operator located in Rochester, MN. The Production Print Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production outputs, and supporting the printing process from start to finish. Daily tasks include managing print jobs, monitoring quality control standards, and addressing any technical issues with printing equipment promptly. The role requires maintaining an organized workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Print Production and general Printing processes is preferred
- Knowledge of production printing, computer operation, digital file handling and quality control preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and expertise in Quality Control to ensure accurate and high-standard outputs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in printing technology or related fields are a plus
