What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Manager:
- Oversee daily team workflow, manage schedules, monitor key performance metrics, and help execute service campaigns across AT&T’s offerings.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, walk them through documentation, role expectations, and performance standards.
- Maintain and update CRM records: log team activity, client interactions, feedback, and service milestones for accurate reporting and retention tracking.
- Work with leadership to identify workflow or campaign challenges and implement improvements that boost overall team performance.
- Review performance data, spot trends, and contribute ideas for coaching strategies to improve service quality, team engagement, and campaign success.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Manager:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
- Some experience with team coordination, sales support, customer service or tracking performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain objectives clearly, motivate others, and collaborate across different functional areas.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms for workflow and metric tracking.
- Organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment with a leadership growth mindset.
