We're currently hiring a Customer Support Associate to help match customers with the wireless solutions that best fit their needs.
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll guide customers through the process of upgrading devices, selecting wireless plans, and understanding their service options. Whether they’re switching carriers, upgrading to the latest smartphone, or adding lines to a family plan, you’ll be their go-to resource for everything wireless. This Customer Support Associate role is perfect for someone who enjoys tech, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Associate
- Engage with customers directly to understand their wireless needs and recommend AT&T wireless plans and devices
- Educate customers on phone features, plan options, device insurance, and special promotions
- Activate new accounts, assist with upgrades, and troubleshoot basic wireless issues
- Maintain accurate records of wireless transactions and customer details
- Deliver top-notch service while following all Retail Customer Support Associate guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Associate team members to improve the in-store customer experience
- Resolve concerns, answer questions, and make sure every customer leaves satisfied with their wireless service
Qualifications of a Customer Support Associate?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new mobile devices and features
- Punctual, professional, and organized
- Team-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
