Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management and logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
- Proven track record in cost reduction, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with international shipping and customs compliance.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
