Job description:
Davidson & Stone, PLLC is a family-owned accounting and financial services firm in Concord, NH. We take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients and creating a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a dependable and personable receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team and serve as the face of our front office.
What You'll Do:
You will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and managing the reception area
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicating with clients and supporting their experience with the firm
- Making bank deposits and handling basic business errands
- Ordering, organizing, and maintaining office supplies
- Scanning documents and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting CPA's and advisors with a variety of administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and self-directed. You take initiative and follow through
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Exel)
- Professional, reliable, and a great team player with a positive attitude
- Secretarial skills
- Experience in banking, accounting or financial services a plus
