Position Overview

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, on site, Accounting Assistant to join our hardworking Accounting Department in Prescott, Arizona!

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities may include but are not limited to

• Verify, allocate, and post accounts payable
• Maintain daily financials records
• Support month-end and year-end close process

Ideal Accounting Assistant Candidates Would Possess

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience
• Degree in accounting or finance is a plus
• The ability to effectively communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels of contacts
• A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Functions and pivot tables preferred
• A strong attention to detail – with double-checking and follow through as a standard
• Ability to work overtime as needed
