Calling all aspiring restaurant leaders! As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be a key catalyst in developing your team's potential, gaining hands-on leadership experience while learning to manage complex restaurant operations and drive service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, with exceptional leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training, development, serving, bussing, hosting, and expediting, while ensuring optimal team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations
  • Handle and resolve employee and guest-related problems, address customer concerns, and provide exceptional service recovery
  • Manage cash handling, inventory control, and assist with financial reporting
  • Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards


  • Marriott or hotel F&B experience preferred
  • Current or previous experience in restaurant roles including hosting, waiting, and cashiering, with a clear pathway to management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
  • Prior cash handling & experience with TOAST POS system preferred
  • TIPS or Serve Safe certification required
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Possess working knowledge of computers, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
