Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor’s or advance Degree with a concentration in Hospitality, Real Estate and/or Finance
- Experience and/or course workload must consist of Excel and financial modeling
- Basic knowledge of hospitality real estate markets, including operations, debt/equity structures and exhibits familiarity with real estate terminology
- Ability to think critically
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well and collaborate with others as well as be self-directed and independent to achieve project deadlines
- Business writing ability
- Strong computer skills: Excel (modeling and analysis), Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, online research tools
