Our North Carolina Division is growing, and we are seeking a New Home Consultant to join our team. Our New Home Consultant will be responsible for the conversion of prospects into Future Davidson Homeowners, referral generation, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.

- Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management
- Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
- Provide consistent, excellent customer service in all areas, including maintenance of sales backlog through closing.
- Must be a strong team collaborator
- Master Davidson Homes Sales Process
- Assist Online Sales Consultant & Marketing Team to ensure accuracy
- Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis
