Key Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation:
- Conduct timely and accurate reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Month-End Entries:
- Assist in the preparation and posting of month-end journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting, including accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries.
- Fixed Assets:
- Manage the fixed assets accounting process, including recording acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and maintaining accurate records of fixed assets in compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and analysis to aid in decision-making processes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of financial documentation for audits, tax filings, and other financial reporting obligations.
- Process Improvement:
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or pursuing CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in account reconciliation, month-end entries, and fixed assets accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
