Role Description
This is a full-time for an Install Manager, based in Lexington, NC. The Install Manager will oversee and coordinate installation projects, manage a team of technicians, and ensure timely and quality service delivery. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, addressing customer needs, and ensuring installations meet company standards. The role also involves training team members, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and working closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams effectively
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to address client concerns proactively
- Experience in Operations Management, including project coordination and resource allocation
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement Training programs to enhance team performance
- Organizational and decision-making abilities
- Expert knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes
- 5 years minimum of field experience installing HVAC Systems, commercial and residential.
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
