What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk - Athletics Temporary Worker position at Davidson College and Careers?
The Front Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for guests and customers that visit the Baker Sports Complex and the Student Weight Room at the Case Complex. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being perceptive and well-disciplined.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests that come to the building in a friendly & professional manner.
- Provide basic and accurate information about Baker Sports Complex and the Student Weight Room, including hours of operation and available activities.
- Maintain building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
Available to work Monday – Friday, from 9:00am – 8:00pm, beginning June 2nd and ending August 22nd.
