Auto Business Development Center Rep. - Watertown, NY

Davidson Auto Group is hiring an extremely talented and professional Business Development Representative to handle in/outbound calls, Internet Leads and scheduling appointments. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. This is an entry level opportunity.

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Hours: Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays.

Day off during the week when working a Saturday.

Closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls & schedule customer appointments
• Communicate effectively with customers through phone, text and chat
• Follow up on Internet Leads, Inquiries and database lists
• Research & Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
• Make outbound calls
• Access / update customer database
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Confident and professional phone manner
• Previous Call Center, Collections or Inside Sales experience is a plus
• Automotive knowledge or work experience is helpful, but not required
• Must have good communication skills with no phone reluctance
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Time management skills
• Self-motivated and a desire to make a difference.
• Must have flexibility to work some evenings and alternating Saturdays.
• Must have strong computer and Internet skills
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
