Ford Product Specialist - Entry Level Sales
Davidson's General Motors dealership is looking for the next great team member! The Product Delivery Specialist is an entry level sales position that is ideal for those individuals with solid communication skills looking to enter the Automotive Sales Industry. This position will improve and enhance their overall customer experience. This is a full time opportunity that will prepare you to become an Automotive Salesperson!
Pay: $18 - $20/hr. (based on experience) plus a monthly bonus upon the completion of the employees’ training period!
Full Time: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week. (Closed Sundays)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information, they need to complete the purchase
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicles accessories and technology
- Give customers in depth information on owner’s manual and warranty
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, help the customer with connecting Bluetooth to their mobile phone
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Aftermarket customer follow ups
- Exhibit positive change management and adapt to new processes quickly
- Attend product training or meetings as required
- Accompany customers on Test Drives
- Willingness to cross train on other functions and maintain skills
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior Sales & Customer Service Experience, preferred
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Successful Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid / Clear driver's license, required
