Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and friendly Deli Clerk (18 ) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and deli items to order
• Slice meats and cheeses using deli equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked deli area
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, helpful attitude
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food prep, packaging, and labeling of prepared items
• Support inventory restocking and monitor product freshness
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous food service or deli experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Comfortable using kitchen and deli equipment (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
