Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oslo for a Sales Business Development Manager. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Core responsibilities will include networking with key stakeholders, developing strategic market plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with product teams to ensure alignment between market needs and company offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and managing client accounts
- Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and creating high-impact sales pitches
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of Technology Solutions, particularly in investigative or legal tech, is an advantage
- Leadership and Teamwork skills to manage cross-functional collaborations and achieve business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages especially German being a plus
- Ability to work in an on-site role and travel as necessary for client engagements
