Overview
The Ecommerce Merchandising Analyst will be responsible for the merchandising execution across all David Yurman sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage item set-up, merchandising, product data, navigation, filters, on-site recommendations, category creation, product publishing, write product descriptions, image, and swatch uploads.
- Develop, implement, and optimize all onsite search functionalities to improve findability and customer-facing experiences.
- Own the sorting logic and set up on site; adjusting, configuring and manually overriding on site while managing shopper’s sorting controls
- Review by SKU analytics, adjust product sorting rules and tune site search behavior to optimize conversion and AOV.
- Support the team in on-going site QA and product activations
- Monitor site for bugs and partner with cross functional teams to resolve product related issues
- Shop competitors’ sites to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams to identify business priorities to feature on DavidYurman.com
- Analyze performance & optimize grid performance, product trends, opportunities and gaps
- Maintain a high standard of quality to create the best customer experience
Qualifications
- 3 years of related industry experience, preferably in a multi-channel retail environment
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
- Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently
- Highly organized and can manage multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
- Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and make decisions in a time sensitive environment with minimal or no supervision
