The David Williams Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our Agent in Training Program. This opportunity is designed for professionals who want a structured path into the insurance industry with hands-on experience, leadership development, and long-term career potential. You will receive a graduation bonus and a sign-on bonus as well, after graduation! As an Agent in Training, you'll gain practical exposure to agency operations, sales, and client relationship management while being supported by experienced leaders. This role is intended to prepare individuals for future advancement, including agency leadership and ownership opportunities.
You will have a multitude of products to offer your customers, which include auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and Financial Services like annuities and 401k plans, for example. You will OWN your book of business as a Farmers Agency owner. You will also receive extra high commissions in your first 3 years of business! Requirements
