Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our new home sales team in our Manatee County communities. We're looking for people that realize the importance of this role & how it impacts not only the company, but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community.
- Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members.
- Understanding the loan process.
Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to earn real estate license upon hire.
- Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2 years experience in high-end sales.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays.
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize.
- Creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution.
- A proven background in prospecting, closing, and negotiating skills.
- An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to their work.
- Commitment to act with integrity.
