Ware|Immigration, a full-service immigration firm, seeks an associate attorney for placement in our New Orleans, Louisiana office location. We are looking for candidates with direct immigration experience, who has the ability to represent clients in court and work on a variety of family-based and asylum immigration matters. We are seeking someone with cancellation of removal, family-based petitions, U-Visa, waivers, bond motions, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English (writing and speaking) highly preferred. JD and licensure in any state or territory are required. Successful bar results and induction scheduled also acceptable.
