Join our team of professionals dedicated to helping injured plaintiffs and their families. Our practice is concentrated in the Southern District of Florida, as well as state court cases. The firm has an active docket spanning cruise line negligence, premises liability, dram shop liability, and wrongful death.
We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal who can operate independently in a fast-moving federal litigation environment. The right candidate has worked inside S.D. Fla. federal dockets, understands the rhythm of discovery-intensive litigation, and takes ownership of their cases.
What You Will Actually Do
• Manage active state and federal dockets.
• Prepare and coordinate service of initial disclosures, corporate representative deposition notices, and discovery
• Track deadlines across a multi-case docket
• Maintain exhibit files and deposition transcript libraries
• Coordinate mediations, depositions, and hearings
• Interface directly with clients, medical providers, defense counsel, and court staff professionally and accurately
What We Require
• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with meaningful time in S.D. Fla. federal court
• Proficiency with CM/ECF and S.D. Fla. Local Rules
• Familiarity with maritime litigation a plus
• Firm Management Software and AI experience a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Comfort working with AI-assisted document workflows; the firm integrates technology aggressively into litigation tasks
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
Salary : $65,000 - $78,000
