Position Overview:
We are seeking a Experienced Team Lead Laborer to oversee job sites, lead crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is hands-on — you’ll be working alongside the crew while directing workflow and problem-solving in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew on landscape construction projects
- Read and interpret plans/drawings to execute work accurately
- Organize daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Perform and oversee excavation, grading, and drainage installations
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Communicate with management and clients as needed
- Train and mentor less experienced crew members
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation, excavation, and drainage
- Ability to operate construction equipment and hand/power tools
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our shop or job sites

Schedule:
- Full-time
