Position Summary
Direct Support Professionals provide care and support for the adults with disabilities who live at David’s House. This includes personal care for some and friendship for all. DSP’s are there to support our residents in living life to the fullest! Minorities, women, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Education & Experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- DHMIN provides on the job training
- Must have a valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to working on a team or alone
- Ability to remain calm in an emergency
- Must have written documentation skills
- All positions include working every other weekend
- 2nd shift positions are the only available shift at this time
- Pay is based on experience, starting at $17.05/hr
- Shift premium for weekends
Salary : $17 - $17
