As a Leasing Consultant, you are the face of our community, guiding prospects through the leasing process from application to move-in. Your positive attitude, sales skills, and exceptional customer service are key to meeting occupancy goals and enhancing resident satisfaction.
What we would like from you:
- Previous sales experience
- Fun, positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills; Yardi, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Internet, excellent presentation skills and creative ability
- Strong demonstration of closing skills
- Flexibility to work weekends
- High School Diploma
