David Rosario State Farm Ins Agency is looking for a driven and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our team in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic insurance agency, inspire a high-performing team, and make a real impact on clients' lives every day.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily agency operations and ensure team performance meets sales and service goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop insurance agents and support staff
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive agency growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals
- Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to grow book of business and expand market presence
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve claims or coverage concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Active Maryland Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred
- 3 years of experience in insurance sales, agency operations, or team management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an insurance environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency with agency management software and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
